Junior Marketing Analyst

The Junior Marketing Analyst will support the Partnership Marketing team by analyzing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking, and translating performance data into actionable insights. Responsibilities Provide data-driven insights to optimize campaigns by analyzing lead quality and sharing performance feedback across Revshare and CPL campaigns Analyze market trends, customer demographics, and competitors to identify opportunities and inform campaign decisions Review and approve ad creatives to ensure they meet SmartFinancial guidelines and compliance standards Place, test, and troubleshoot postbacks to ensure accurate tracking and attribution Assist with account and campaign setup using our publisher portal Monitor key performance metrics and help identify optimization opportunities Collaborate with account managers and analysts on day-to-day campaign operations Skills 1-2 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data cleanup) Detail-oriented with the ability to spot inconsistencies in data and reporting Organized, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and processes Able to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field Experience supporting marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics, or reporting on lead quality Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future Exposure to affiliate marketing and/or performance marketing Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Vision insurance Company Overview SmartBank is committed to offering the most efficient, effective, and secure way of delivering your financial information.
