Junior Manager - Amazon Merchandiser
We're seeking a Junior Amazon Merchandising Manager to support a critical segment of the Amazon team. This role will oversee all aspects of launching, merchandising and monitoring product health across all Brands on Amazon. The ideal candidate is self-starting, team-oriented, and excited to help strengthen the brand image across storefronts.
Responsibilities:
⢠Launching, merchandising and monitoring product health across all brands; encompassing imagery, A+ Content, Product Copy, Customer Reviews, Customer Q&A/ Voice of the Customer, and Case Management regarding merchandising issues
⢠Responsible for the brand image and maintaining cohesion across all franchises for the respective brand.
⢠Conceptualize and brief impactful PDP imagery with the creative team.
⢠Work cross-functionally with the social and Meta teams to align on product priorities and strategies.
⢠Manage Amazon Store; ensure all products are listed, merchandised properly and in-stock.
⢠Analyze store sales and customer shopping behaviors to continuously optimize and test the storefront.
⢠Manage Amazon Social Posts to gain awareness and loyalty for the brand.
⢠Develop virtual bundles and physical bundles that strategically grow the focal franchises.
⢠Work with Product Development team on new product launches requested by the Amazon team.
⢠Responsible for launching new items on Amazon with all corresponding merchandising needs.
⢠Manage promotional strategy and marketing calendar while working cross functionally with the PR team.
⢠Run Amazon Live strategy and create new marketing initiatives that move the needle.
⢠Provide reporting and feedback to the team on areas of success, things we tested that did not work and key KPIs for respective areas.
Qualifications:
⢠Bachelor's Degree in related field a must
⢠2+ years of Amazon merchandising or digital merchandising experience a must
⢠Experience in beauty is a plus
⢠Proven track record of maintaining excellent brand image across Amazon or digital storefronts
⢠Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills
