Role Description

The Junior Legal Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in the San Francisco Bay Area. In this role, you will support legal operations by preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and analyzing legal matters relevant to real estate and business transactions. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and providing sound legal counsel. The position involves drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts while maintaining clear and professional communication with all parties involved.

Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Law and experience or academic exposure to resolving Legal Issues
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and contract drafting
• Excellent Analytical Skills to assess legal scenarios and provide effective solutions
• Exceptional Communication skills to liaise with clients, colleagues, and external parties
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A bachelor's degree in law or related field; JD preferred
• Familiarity with real estate law and regulations is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
