Junior IT Support Specialist
Serrala is the global leader in finance process automation, seeking a Junior IT Support Specialist to enhance their IT support team. The role involves managing endpoint devices, troubleshooting network issues, and maintaining support tickets while contributing to a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Manage endpoint devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools such as Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro, ensuring that endpoints, AV equipment and cloud-based systems support optimal productivity for end-users Support and troubleshoot within Microsoft Intune, Entra ID and SharePoint environments Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to network interruptions, VPN connections, and other connectivity concerns Track and manage support tickets using Jira Service Management and create clear, accessible technical documentation and specifications in Confluence Other duties as assigned Skills Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Equivalent experiences will also be considered Experience in IT support or service delivery roles, with expertise across multi-platform environments, ideally including both PC and Mac systems Proficiency in networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VPNs, and routing Hands-on experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence), ideally including Jira Service Management Strong understanding of M365 administration, Entra ID, and Intune Knowledge of IT security systems and protocols, particularly Microsoft Defender and monitoring tools Basic knowledge of Endpoint Application Support (incl.
