Junior Graphic Designer

MeUndies is looking for a highly motivated Junior Graphic Designer with a clean yet fun design aesthetic. The role involves assisting the creative team with various design tasks, creating digital assets, and collaborating with other teams to ensure high-quality creative output. Responsibilities Assist the MeUndies creative team with day to day creative tasks Help organize, upload, and maintain MeUndies assets and design files on the server Support business through producing and updating templates for design assets and developing presentation decks Create and format high quality digital assets such as ads, ecom assets, and emails, suitable for web and mobile Create beautiful motion graphics suitable for social media, emails, and ads Assist the Creative Team with miscellaneous production tasks—sourcing imagery, image retouching, asset resizing, and editing, etc Keep in touch with market trends, competitive landscape performance, and future concepts that could be applied to the brand creative Work cross functionally with the Growth Marketing, Brand Marketing, EDP, and Product teams to ensure best in class creative Skills BFA in graphic design or similar discipline At least 1 year of graphic experience Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects with tight turnarounds Advanced knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign Knowledge of After Effects and a strong interest in learning advanced motion graphics Interest / light abilities in video editing Understanding of design for performance marketing Working knowledge of productivity tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe suite, MS Office, Slack, G-suite, Dropbox, Asana) Knowledge of social media and existing/emerging platforms The ability to create professional presentation decks Exceptional typographical skills, layout and/or illustration abilities Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task across various project requests Interest in editorial shoot concepting and on-set creative collaboration A go-getter energy with an openness to learn and grow in this role Experience working for a high-growth start-up is a plus Benefits Discretionary bonuses Generous parental leave A 401k Fantastic health benefits Open time off Catered lunches every in-office day Holiday parties Off-sites Happy hours An annual retreat Employee discount Company Overview MeUndies brings together sustainable fabric and innovative design to make soft underwear and loungewear for its customers.
