Junior Freelance Graphic Designer (Remote)

Casa Alma, a boutique creative agency, is seeking a Junior Freelance Graphic Designer to support our design team. THIS IS NOT A ROLE FOR SENIOR DESIGNERS OR THOSE LOOKING TO PROVIDE HIGH-LEVEL CREATIVE DIRECTION. Instead, this role is focused on executing design updates with precision, accuracy, and attention to detail. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain more hands-on experience, build their portfolio, and grow with a fast-moving agency environment. About The Role: This position is primarily focused on design edits, updates, and adaptations of existing creative work. You’ll support senior designers by quickly and accurately making adjustments within brand guidelines, preparing files, and ensuring deliverables are polished and client-ready. The role requires someone who’s flexible, responsive to feedback, and able to work on short notice with quick turnarounds. This role is execution-heavy — perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and takes pride in accuracy. If you thrive on making things pixel-perfect and catching small errors before anyone else does, you’ll be a great fit. What We're Looking For: -2 years of design experience -Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. -A sharp eye for detail in layout, type, spacing, and color. -A strong sense of responsibility — you double-check your work before handing it off. -Someone who responds well to feedback and is comfortable with quick turnarounds. Nice to Have (but not required): -Experience with project management tools (like Monday.com). Availability: -Freelance, part-time role. -Daily availability between 9 AM – 5 PM CST. -Ability to handle time-sensitive edits on short notice. -Some projects may require quick turnaround within and outside of working hours.
