You will work closely with senior analysts and stakeholders across the business to gain hands-on experience in real-world financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Analyze financial data and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities
• Perform variance analysis and highlight key insights
• Help develop financial models and business case analyses
• Prepare dashboards, presentations, and management reports
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and records
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial information
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requests

Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables preferred)
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Good problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in finance
