Junior Estimator - Remote

Wiedenbach Brown, An affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Estimator to join our team. Job Type: Full-time; Remote Key Responsibilities: • Analyze and evaluate architectural and electrical drawings • Produce accurate and timely lighting fixture and controls take-offs • Identify discrepancies in specifications and drawings with design team • Request pricing and lead times through manufacturers and sales reps • Produce comprehensive and timely lighting proposals • Upon project award, produce timely submittal packages • Review submittal approvals and update quotes accordingly • Review lighting changes within drawing bulletins/addendums and update quotes accordingly • Collaborate with Sales team on all proposals • Collaborate with Project Management team throughout order release Qualifications and Skills: • A Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) • Experience in Lighting Estimating (a plus) • Experience in reviewing construction plans, specifications, and other related construction documents • Experience with Bluebeam software (a plus) • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word) • High attention to detail • Excellent quantitative and analytical math skills • Strong verbal and written communications skills • Strong time management and organizational skills • Positive customer service skills Benefits: At USESI, we believe that our benefits should make a difference—to you, your job, and the life you lead outside of work.
