Junior Dispatcher (Remote) | USA Trucking | $220/week
We’re hiring a Junior Dispatcher to support our fast-growing USA trucking operations.
This is a fully remote role where you’ll coordinate shipments, communicate with drivers and brokers, and help keep operations running smoothly and on time.
If you’re organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to break into the logistics industry and grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Coordinate and schedule shipments to ensure on-time delivery
• Communicate with drivers to provide updates, instructions, and support
• Work with brokers to manage loads, updates, and issue resolution
• Handle delays or issues by finding quick and effective solutions
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and dispatch activities
• Track performance and report on delivery progress
• Support customers and internal teams with clear, timely communication
What We’re Looking For
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Comfortable handling calls and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to multitask and work under pressure
• Proactive and solution-focused mindset
Bonus (Nice to Have)
• Experience in logistics, dispatch, or customer support
• Experience with cold calling or sales
• Exposure to trucking or transportation environments
Technical Requirements (Fully Remote)
• Stable, high-speed internet connection
• Clear headset for calls
• Reliable computer/laptop
Working Hours
• Based on Chicago (CST) time zone
• Monday to Friday
