Junior Designer, Content & Brand

Petite Plume is a high-growth luxury lifestyle brand focused on timeless design and premium craftsmanship. The Junior Designer will support the creative team by helping to develop digital and print assets that align with the brand's visual identity, while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced retail environment.ResponsibilitiesSupport the creation of digital assets across email, website, paid media, and social channelsMaintain consistency across all creative assets using established brand guidelinesAssist the creative team in translating creative briefs into polished design executions aligned with the Petite Plume brand aestheticMaintain and organize the creative asset library, adapt and resize assets across platforms and formatsSupport print and collateral projects including lookbooks, catalogs, postcards, and presentation decksAssist with end to end photoshoot production needs; prepare references, mood boards, and asset organization, provide on-set and logistical support, help manage post-production workflowsGather references, visual inspiration, and trend research for seasonal campaigns and brand storytellingWork cross-functionally with Marketing, E-Commerce, and Copy teams to ensure assets are delivered by the deadlineMaintain organized design files and version controlAssist in exploring tools that may improve creative workflows, ideation, or production efficiencySkillsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience)A portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals and digital creative work1 - 3 years of professional experienceStrong foundational design skills including typography, layout, and color theoryProficiency across Adobe CS, experience with Figma is a plusInterest in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brandsCuriosity around emerging creative technologies, including AI-assisted design toolsBenefitsCompetitive salary5+ weeks total Paid Time Off throughout the year10 PTO days + 5 sick days11 paid federal holidaysHalf-day “Summer Fridays” from Memorial Day to Labor DayA 401K and company profit-sharing plan after one year of tenureGenerous health, dental, and vision insurance for you and your dependents50% employee discount on petite-plume.comAn inclusive, collaborative, and dynamic work environmentAnnual discretionary bonus programCompany offsites 1-2x a year for in-person collaboration and team buildingCompany OverviewPetite Plume was inspired by the desire to create sophisticated and comfortable sleepwear in the most exquisite cotton available.
