Junior Designer
Seeking a Gifted Junior Designer with Taste, Curiosity, and Ambition Description W.Bradford is a branding and marketing agency nine years into building something we're proud of. We work primarily with B2B businesses, which means our clients don't come to us with glamorous briefs. They come to us with unremarkable brands and the ambition to change that. Our job is the transformation. If the before/after is what gets you out of bed, you belong here. This role is for a designer who is early in their career but not early in their taste. Someone with opinions about type, color, and composition who can back them up. Someone who treats every deliverable like portfolio work, not task work. We move fast, hold a high bar, and expect our people to care about the details no one asked them to care about. What You'll Do Design social media assets across multiple platforms and formats Build and deploy email templates with pixel-perfect precision Support brand identity projects and brand system applications Produce print-ready files for collateral, signage, and packaging Create realistic product and campaign mockups for client presentations Execute client edit rounds quickly and accurately Organize and maintain asset libraries and file naming conventions Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account managers Prepare production-ready files across all required specs and formats Contribute ideas and creative direction in team brainstorms What We're Looking For 1-3 years of professional design experience, or a portfolio that makes the years irrelevant Fluency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva A real understanding of brand systems, not just brand aesthetics A point of view about design. You notice when kerning is off. You have feelings about color palettes. You follow studios and designers whose work you admire, and you can explain why Genuine curiosity about AI and evidence you're already using it in your creative process. We treat AI fluency as a baseline, not a bonus Ambition without entitlement. Hungry to learn, fast to adapt, comfortable being the least experienced person in the room while knowing that won't last long The ability to take feedback directly, without defensiveness, and come back sharper every time Nice to Have Video editing experience, particularly short-form content, reels, or social video Motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects, Lottie, CSS animation) Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email production Experience with presentation design (Google Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote) Photography or photo retouching background Familiarity with print production workflows and vendor specs About This Role Full-time and entirely remote, our Junior Designer will report to our Head of Creative and work across a diverse portfolio of B2B clients.
