**The Role**
As a Junior Dental Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith that dental professionals know and trust. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with dental professionals to resolve issues, provide product assistance, and conduct surgical case planning
* Providing exceptional customer support via phone and email, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution
* Conducting product training with new customers, empowering them to get the most out of our software and solutions
* Building strong, professional relationships with dental professionals, fostering trust and loyalty
* Providing clinical feedback from dental professionals to our production team, informing product development and improvement
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
**What You'll Do**
* Complete department training requirements under direct supervision
* Conduct surgical case planning with doctors
* Provide product assistance via phone and email
* Conduct product training with new customers
* Follow up with surgical case progress
* Build a professional working relationship with doctors
* Provide clinical feedback from doctors to the production team
* Train for and complete bone reduction cases with direct supervision
* Successfully pass validation training
* Handle complaints and resolve kickbacks
* Receive 3rd party data
* Perform other relevant duties as assigned
**Requirements**
* Strong computer knowledge, easily able to pick up new software applications
* Ability to learn clinical dental terms and medical concepts
* Excellent phone skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking ability, and organizational skills
* High accountability and responsibility
**Qualities We Look For**
* Experience in the medical or dental industry
* Experience in radiology
* Experience speaking to medical professionals on the phone
* Flexibility and the ability to multitask
**Minimum Education And Experience Required**
* Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related field
* 0-1+ year of full-time work experience
