Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and logistics management systems.

Verify and cross-check shipping details, invoices, and delivery information to ensure correctness.

Assist in tracking shipments and updating relevant stakeholders with timely status reports.

Support the logistics team with administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and recordkeeping.
• *
Collaborate with operations staff to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
• *
Adhere to company data protection and confidentiality policies at all times.

Generate regular reports to support operational decision-making.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• *
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is a plus).
• *
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• *
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• *
Basic understanding of logistics or supply chain operations preferred.
• *
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• *
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• *
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience
• *
0–2 years of experience in data entry, administration, or logistics support roles.
• *
Internship or volunteer experience in logistics, supply chain, or office administration will be considered an advantage.
• Working Hours

Full-time position (40 hours per week).
• *
Standard office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• *
Occasional overtime may be required during peak logistics periods.
