We're looking for a reliable person to join us as a Junior Data Analyst OR Data Analyst! We offer a flexible, hybrid Remote arrangement for this position. This position requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. An attractive remuneration of a competitive salary is on offer for the successful candidate. Requirements
JUNIOR DATA ANALYST SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:Â
· Enthusiasm to learn new software and processes
· Troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
· Technical aptitude
· Strong Organization skills
· Attention to detail
· Solid Communication skills
· Ability to Work Independently
· Attends all client and internal meetings and conference calls as needed.Â
· Is available via email/phone during normal business hours (M-F, 9AM-6PM EST).Â
DATA ANALYST SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:Â
· Work with the Production Team to deliver quality data products promptly
· Manage time to meet deadlines and other internal or client-driven timelines
· Submit, document, track and monitor data processing jobs
· Take the initiative to monitor all data processes to ensure seamless process flow continuously
· Research and accurately validate source data, data formatting specifications, and output requirements according to client specifications and service level agreements
· Build data processing workflows; review; revise existing workflows and macros to ensure they operate efficiently
· Perform audits to ensure compliance with quality assurance processes, established procedures, project requirements, and service level agreements/expectations.
· Coordinate and collaborate with our Sales and Client Services teams to ensure data requests are completed promptly and accurately
· Develop detailed knowledge of TargetSmart data products and Production Team processes
· Train/mentor junior-level team members as needed
