If you enjoy scrolling TikTok for trends, editing videos for fun, or have always wanted to build a career in content creation, this is your chance to turn your creativity into a full-time opportunity. No extensive experience? No problem — training and guidance will be provided by the team.
This role is perfect for fresh graduates or junior talents who want hands-on exposure in the world of digital marketing, social media content, and video production.
What You'll Be Crafting
Edit and produce approximately 8–10 short-form videos daily for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other social media channels.
Edit short videos for social media posting with engaging visuals and fast-paced storytelling.
Transform raw footage, images, and creative ideas into engaging, scroll-stopping content.
Add subtitles, sound effects, music, transitions, and simple motion elements to enhance video quality and engagement.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for trending content and campaigns.
Leverage creative tools such as CapCut and explore AI-based tools to enhance and streamline production workflows.
Stay ahead of digital trends and platform dynamics, ensuring all content remains fresh, timely, and high-performing.
Explore and learn AI-powered creative tools to improve editing speed and workflow efficiency (training provided).
Your Superpowers
Fresh graduates and junior candidates (1–2 years of experience) are encouraged to apply.
Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar editing software.
Passion for social media, short-form videos, and digital content creation.
Creative mindset with a good sense of pacing, visuals, and storytelling.
Willingness to learn, take feedback positively, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Able to communicate in Mandarin and English.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work well within a collaborative team.
