Junior Consultant/Developer

About the position As a Junior Consultant/Developer at BigHand, you will work directly with clients to implement their Financial Productivity solutions. This includes working with firms to understand their unique needs, translating these into technical requirements, and implementing these requirements within their solutions. Your role will involve supporting clients throughout their project lifecycle, from implementation to post-live support. To succeed in this role, you will need strong development skills combined with a customer-centric mindset. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, creative problem solvers, who are passionate about delivering top-quality technical solutions to customers. Responsibilities • Support client product implementations and projects to successful outcomes. • Collaborate closely with our team of consultants to help implement, customize, and support our range of Financial Productivity products. • Create reports and dashboards tailored to client needs. • Design, code, deploy, and test client-specific customizations and enhancements. • Technical investigations. • Full life-cycle client support. Requirements • Knowledge of T-SQL is required at a minimum, any additional tech stack knowledge is a bonus. • Core consultancy skills, including strong communication and people skills. • Prior experience in a similar customer-facing technical role.
