Junior Consultant & IT Controlling & IT Financial Management

Our services include financial project management, business and investment case development, TCO analysis, vendor negotiation, IT controlling, and more. We are seeking a talented individual to join our small team of experts in a fully remote role based anywhere in Germany, with potential travel to client locations. Key Responsibilities • Support existing engagement through financial analysis, framework development, stakeholder management, project management and management presentation creation • Interact directly with clients stakeholders and senior managers, build and maintain trusted relationships • Contribute to the growth and success of the firm by working closely with the Managing Director of BG&A Key Requirements • Fluent in English and German • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint • Exceptional analytical capabilities with strong communication, problem‑solving, and project management support skills • Capable of both executing and developing strategic initiatives • Adaptable and open‑minded in facing new challenges • Able to work independently and efficiently, in a mainly remote environment • Prepared for the dynamic demands of management consulting • Up to 2 years of relevant experience in management consulting or related fields • Preferred background in IT/IT Strategy with dual expertise in Finance • Willingness to travel to client locations as needed • Preferred certifications in Finance (CMA, CFA, CFI) and/or IT (TBM, FinOps, ITIL) • Enthusiasm for joining a small, expert team Compensation & Development We offer a comprehensive compensation package with a base salary, performance‑based bonuses, and sales incentives, as well as a dynamic and fast‑paced work environment with opportunities for growth and professional development.
