Junior Application Consultant- Business Central

The Junior Application Consultant — Business Central is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for municipal and public sector clients, focusing on ERP competency, financials, and reporting. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Business Central implementations: requirements, configuration, UAT, go-live, and hypercare Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and workflows for client reporting and process automation Lead UAT cycles and go-live activities for billing system deployments Deliver training sessions and create documentation for municipal end-users Stay current on BC updates, ISV extensions, and platform best practices Skills Utilized Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to support financial and operational processes within ERP environments Applied SQL and data querying to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and generate meaningful insights Contributed to ERP implementation methodology, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment Delivered effective customer-facing communication and training, ensuring successful user adoption and satisfaction Leveraged integration and API literacy to enable seamless data exchange between systems and third-party applications Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Finance A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting and / or A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical/programming field Applied domain knowledge to support accurate processes, compliance, and customer account management Leveraged asset management fundamentals to improve tracking, maintenance planning, and lifecycle visibility Utilized understanding of municipal government operations to align systems and processes with public sector requirements Demonstrated strong problem-solving and support acumen to diagnose issues, implement solutions, and ensure service continuity Benefits Health and Dental EFAP RRSP Matching Generous Vacation and Paid Time Off Flexible Work Environment Education Reimbursement Program Company Overview Univerus acquire, support and invest in companies that sell industry-specific software solutions.
