Location: Remote – supporting Blue Rose internal operations

Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking a motivated Junior AI Analyst to help implement and optimize artificial intelligence solutions across our back-office operations. This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone eager to modernize processes in finance, vendor relations, contracts, and system integration.
In this role, you'll act as a transformation agent—analyzing workflows, introducing automation, and helping shape the company's approach to AI-powered efficiency.
What You’ll Do
As a Junior AI Analyst, you will:
• Evaluate existing workflows in bookkeeping, contract management, and vendor relations for AI integration opportunities
• Research and implement AI/ML tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational accuracy
• Support proof-of-concepts, pilot programs, and track performance of AI initiatives
• Collaborate with accounting teams to deploy AI-driven bookkeeping tools (e.g., automated data entry, categorization, reconciliation)
• Develop and deploy AI workflows for contract review and compliance tracking
• Design automated onboarding and vendor management systems using AI and document intelligence
• Build and manage APIs and data pipelines to support seamless integration with ERP and accounting platforms
• Ensure data integrity across systems and maintain technical documentation
• Monitor ROI and KPIs tied to AI implementations and present insights to leadership
Schedule & Shift Details
• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Remote work; support required during core U.S. business hours
Requirements
• U.S. Citizenship required
Minimum of 1 year experience in:
• Data analysis or business process improvement
• Implementing or evaluating AI/ML platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, AWS AI, or Google Cloud AI
• Using Python, R, SQL, or Excel for data manipulation and reporting
• Supporting technical integrations or systems implementation
Preferred Experience:
• Familiarity with OCR technologies and intelligent document processing
• Knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
• Exposure to robotic process automation (RPA) tools
• Understanding of contract management and financial workflows
• Project documentation, stakeholder reporting, and KPI tracking
