Junior AI Agent Builder

AI is moving fast. Most teams know it’s powerful — but very few know how to actually use it. We’re looking for someone who can help bridge that gap. This role is about building AI-powered tools, automating workflows, and helping teams adopt agentic AI systems that solve real business problems. You’ll experiment with cutting-edge AI tools, build scrappy solutions quickly, and help teams integrate automation into their day-to-day work. If you enjoy building things fast, testing ideas, and helping others unlock the power of AI, this role is for you. Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities Build and deploy AI agents and automation workflows Experiment with modern AI tools to automate real business processes Work closely with department leads to identify automation opportunities Prototype and test AI-powered workflows for marketing, SEO, operations, and analytics Connect AI tools with APIs, databases, and internal systems Help teams understand and adopt AI tools in their daily work Continuously iterate and improve automation systems Document workflows and share best practices across teams Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful Must-Have: Basic programming knowledge (Python or JavaScript) Comfortable working with APIs and integrations Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar Curiosity about automation and emerging AI tooling Strong communication skills — ability to explain technical ideas simply A proactive mindset and ability to build practical solutions quickly Nice to have: Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) AI workflows, prompt engineering, or agentic systems Web scraping or data pipelines Experience helping teams adopt new tools or systems Junior candidates with strong curiosity and a solid technical foundation are encouraged to apply.
