Junior Agent / SDR
Renegade Talent MGMT, a division of CelebExperts LLC, is a talent-first agency operating at the intersection of culture, commerce, and sports. We specialize in talent-driven strategy and partnerships, connecting creators, celebrities, and athletes with brands across the consumer landscape. We work lean, move fast, and take our clients seriously.
We are looking for a Junior Agent to grow alongside senior leadership. Someone who is hungry to build a roster, close deals, and learn the business from the inside out. This role reports directly to the CEO and is built for someone ready to do real work from day one.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the identification, recruitment, and signing of NIL athletes and influencer talent across wellness, food, lifestyle, sports, and CPG
• Actively pitch the roster to brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers under senior guidance
• Assist in negotiating and closing partnership deals including sponsored content, ambassador programs, appearances, and integrated campaigns
• Manage client relationships from onboarding through deal execution and renewal
• Collaborate with leadership on deal structure, pricing, and positioning
• Maintain pipeline visibility and deal reporting across active opportunities
Experience & Category Background
• A background in sales is required. The position is not a marketing role or a coordinator opportunity. A proficiency in sales is a must.
• Eagerness to learn the business, support deal flow, and grow into a full agent role over time
• Working knowledge of NIL frameworks and the creator and athlete landscape
• Existing relationships with talent, brands, or agencies a warm network is a real differentiator here
• Strong communicator who can advocate for clients and represent the agency with professionalism
• Self-directed, accountable, and comfortable operating in a lean startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience across multiple verticals: CPG, retail, food & bev, wellness, or sports
• Familiarity or certification with NIL at the university level, compliance, collectives, or multi-party deal structures
• Background in both influencer and athlete representation

This is a remote position.

Compensation will be aligned with seniority and performance, with incentive potential.
