We’re hiring a Full-time contractor Virtual Assistant / Junior Accountant to execute daily financial operations with precision, maintain real-time accuracy, and free up leadership to focus on forward planning and growth.
This is not a passive support role. You are a detail-obsessed operator who ensures every transaction, report, and reconciliation is clean, complete, and on time.

Your Mission
Maintain a clean, accurate, and real-time financial system through daily execution and reconciliation—ensuring leadership always has decision-ready data.
What You’ll Own
Perform nightly revenue reconciliations across systemsManage and categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO)Review and track expenses in Ramp (coding, follow-ups, accuracy)Support Gusto payroll reviews and reporting checksAssist in building and maintaining financial SOPs (e.g., “Payroll Bible”)Generate daily and weekly reports for leadership visibilityIdentify discrepancies and flag issues proactivelyMaintain clean records across multiple entitiesExecute administrative finance tasks to reduce leadership load
Success Metrics (First 90–180 Days)
100% of nightly reconciliations completed on time and error-freeFinancial data remains clean, organized, and audit-readyReduction in discrepancies and reworkImproved operational efficiency in finance workflowsMeasurable time saved for leadership
What You Bring
3–5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (multi-entity preferred)Strong proficiency in QuickBooks OnlineExperience with Ramp, Gusto, or similar toolsHigh attention to detail and consistencyAbility to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environmentStrong communication and proactive problem-solvingOrganized, reliable, and execution-focused
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience in hospitality, construction, or startup environmentsFamiliarity with automation tools or AI workflowsExperience supporting finance leaders

Compensation & Details
