Junior Account Manager

Job Title: Junior Account Manager Type: Full time Location: Remote Company: AdvisoryCloud About the Role: AdvisoryCloud is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to help support and grow our customer engagement with our virtual advisory board platform. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable presenting and moderating on Zoom. Responsibilities Include: Daily Tasks: • Actively monitor and moderate user boards to identify longer posts and initiate appropriate messaging • Send “Welcome to Board” emails • Complete daily activity reports to track work completed and time spent Weekly Tasks: • Send 1 email per week to Gold and Silver tier members (Silver includes upgrade CTA for board meetings) • Send 2 emails per week to Freemium users (1 highlighting a feature, 1 encouraging sharing) • Create and QA your own Freemium board on both mobile and desktop to check for bugs Monthly Tasks: • Compile and send monthly board updates and month-end board results • Analyze and report on the performance of engagement emails Ad-Hoc: • Schedule and moderate virtual board meetings for Gold members • Manage and refine reminder flows to eliminate last-minute cancellations or no-shows • Coordinate internal feedback and follow-up if a customer does not attend a scheduled meeting Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 1-2 years of customer-facing or account management experience preferred • Proficiency with Zoom and Google Workspace • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks at once • Comfortable presenting to small groups and engaging users during virtual meetings • Experience with QA and feature testing a plus Compensation: This is a full-time, entry-level position with growth opportunities.
