Then we think it’s time to #joinMovement What You Need To Know • Reviews complex Jumbo and NonQM loan submissions, ensures company guidelines are met, and evaluates loans to maximize company profit and minimize company risk exposure • Weighs credit risk to ensure liability taken on by the company results in saleable loans • Manages their own pipeline and maintain published SLA’s for initial file and condition reviews • Reviews and calculates all income types, including Full Doc, DSCR, Bank Statement, 1099 and Asset Depletion • Performs complex self-employed income analysis • Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers What We Are Looking For • 4+ years of front-end underwriting experience, minimum 3 years with jumbo and NonQM underwriting experience, including full doc, DSCR, bank statement, asset depletion and 1099 income qualification types • 6+ years of front-end, retail purchase mortgage experience • Experience with working in an environment with multiple investors and products • Ability to work under tight timelines, balance multiple projects at once and adapt quickly • Strong understanding of complex business structures and financial portfolios • Strong critical thinking skills demonstrating the ability to strategically analyze a problem and recommend appropriate solutions based on investor guideline knowledge and company procedures • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Teams and Outlook • Methodical and analytical personality with the ability to underwrite Jumbo and NonQM loans using our unique, upfront method Even Better • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred • Extensive experience with agency guidelines • Superior knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Loan Prospector and Desktop Underwriter • Experience working in investor portals for TPO delivery • Flexibility to work extended hours (late evenings and weekend work may be required) Sound like a good fit? The expected salary range for this position is between: $75,500.00 - $106,100.00 The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
