The Judiciary is seeking detail-oriented individuals to manage correspondence, schedule meetings, oversee confidential matters, and support various administrative functions within the Union Vicinage - Municipal Division.ResponsibilitiesManaging correspondence and mailingsScheduling meetings and coordinating agendasOverseeing confidential mattersCollecting, organizing, and analyzing information including statistical dataResearching information from various sourcesComposing routine correspondence, charts, and maintaining a filing systemRecommend purchase of equipment materials, or suppliesTracking status of work assignments within the divisionRecording and drafting minutes of meetingsScheduling dates/times for conferences and meetingsParticipating in team/work unit meetingsAnswering inquiries from the publicPerforming other administrative support duties as requiredRegular and predictable physical presence at the worksite is an essential function of the positionSkillsOne year of experience performing a variety of clerical and support services to include typing, secretarial and administrative clerical workAbility to use a keyboard, no minimum speedSuccessful completion of a clerical training program with a minimum of 700 classroom training hours or 30 semester hour credits in secretarial science may be substituted for one year of the experience indicated above.
