Title: Jr. Salesforce Developer / Admin Location: New York, NY (Manhattan) Job Type:Contract - long term Pay Rate Range: $40.00 - $47.00 Work Mode: hybrid (2-3 days a week onsite) Interview Mode:1-2 rounds, MS Teams as round one, possible onsite interview for round 2Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Salesforce Developer/Salesforce Admin to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the design, development, and deployment of customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. Responsibilities: Assist in the development and maintenance of custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. Support data migration, integration, and reporting tasks. Maintain documentation of system configurations and customizations. Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and best practices. Technical Skills: Must Have ADO Salesforce Administration Salesforce Developer Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) Nice To Have APEX Salesforce Integrations SF Lightning Web components SF Reports Visualforce Required Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). over 3 years of experience with Salesforce development or administration. Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs. Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer I certification is a plus. Experience with version control tools like Git. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. Understanding of Salesforce security and data model. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
