The successful candidate is someone who has quietly been the hardest working person in any job they’ve had. They need to be eager to develop their technical skills. This person is self-motivated and works well within a team. We expect this team member to earn their Salesforce Admin Certification around the 6-month mark of being hired. This is a hybrid position, with the current requirement to be in our Glastonbury, CT office once a week. This position requires 1 evening per week, either in person or virtual. This creates flexibility in your schedule for the remainder of the week to ensure a total of 40 hours for a healthy work/life balance. When not in the office, you will be set up to work from home with full functionality. We are looking for someone currently within driving distance and are unable to relocate candidates.
