Job Description:
As a Junior Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Tito Solutions Phils., Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving business success by ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through thorough testing and quality assurance processes. Responsibilities:
Generate and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of software applications.Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on potential risks and issues.Assist in the development and maintenance of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features and bug fixes do not negatively impact existing functionality.Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing and quality assurance.Help maintain and improve the QA testing environment and tools.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Good communication skills both verbal and written.Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Experience with programming languages (such as Python) and automation tools (such as Selenium or Robot Framework) is a plus.
