This is a remote position. About Eva Eva is a results-driven technology and services provider that helps eCommerce brands, resellers, and agencies grow while reducing operational costs. We combine proprietary optimization and intelligence software with Amazon management and 3PL services to improve visibility, efficiency, and profitability across eCommerce operations. Around 90% of our customers are based in the US. We’re looking for a people-oriented and detail-driven Junior People & Culture Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are interested in building a career in HR. You’ll support recruitment, employee processes, and day-to-day HR operations while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and initial HR interviews Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and assist in hiring plans Maintain and update recruitment trackers, HR databases, and reports Assist with onboarding and ensure a smooth experience for new hires Help manage employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee engagement and internal communications Assist in drafting HR-related communications, surveys, and reports Ensure compliance with internal policies and HR best practices Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply) Internship or any exposure to HR/recruitment is a plus, but not required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative Familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
