What we’re looking for: AmeriSave is currently seeking a Jr. Lock Desk Analyst to join our winning team. This is a remote opportunity to work from home. The schedule is either Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday. What You’ll Do: • Lock new loans with investors and within the internal Loan Origination System (LOS), process extension requests, and revise locks. • Demonstrate a desire to learn and expand your abilities for future opportunities and responsibilities. • Manage the work queue efficiently by providing timely support to Sales Teams as needed. • Commit to professional growth by dedicating 10% of work time to professional development. • Be video-ready for calls. • Enforce the AmeriSave Rate Lock Policy while collaborating closely with Sales and Operations Staff. What You’ll Need: • 2+ years of general mortgage experience. • Experience with Pricing / Lock Desk is a plus. • Working knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA/VA mortgage programs. • Strong critical thinking and math skills. • Quick learner with the ability to adapt rapidly. • Effective and courteous communication with external and internal clients across departments and locations. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; SQL knowledge is a plus. • Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • *Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules.
