Junior Media Buyer
QLG Media is an in house performance marketing team. We run paid acquisition for our own consumer brands in insurance and healthcare. No agency clients, no outside vendors, just our team buying traffic directly on the major platforms and owning the results.
We are hiring a Junior Media Buyer to learn the craft and grow into a full buyer. This is an entry level role built for someone hungry, sharp with numbers, and ready to own real campaigns fast.
What you will do
ā¢ Help launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across our channels
ā¢ Pull daily performance reports and flag what is working and what is not
ā¢ Manage audiences, creatives, placements, and budgets under a senior buyer
ā¢ Watch spend and pacing closely and escalate anything off track
ā¢ Learn our compliance and quality standards and hold to them
What we are looking for
ā¢ Working knowledge of at least one major platform: Google Display, Facebook, TikTok, or Instagram
ā¢ Comfortable in spreadsheets and reading basic performance metrics
ā¢ Detail obsessed, organized, and calm when numbers move fast
ā¢ Clear communicator who asks questions instead of guessing
ā¢ No prior agency experience required, just the fundamentals and drive
Nice to have
ā¢ Hands on time running even small personal or freelance campaigns
ā¢ Basic familiarity with conversion tracking or analytics
