Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will:
Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support key business decisions.
Prepare, maintain, and improve advanced Excel models to track financial performance, forecasts, and budgets.
Assist in creating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities.
Support the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and verify data accuracy.
Participate in process improvements to streamline reporting and analytical workflows.
Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas, chart creation).
Familiarity with financial analysis tools or software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SAP, or similar) is a plus.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and general ledger functions.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or accounting.
Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas, chart creation).
Familiarity with financial analysis tools or software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SAP, or similar) is a plus.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and general ledger functions.
Soft Skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

$24.37-$31.02 Hourly
