JR Financial Analyst

The JR Financial Analyst will oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting tasks, partnering with the Director of FP&A to drive business performance and ensure compliance in financial processes.ResponsibilitiesManage the Americas P&L, including detailed analysis of revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and EBIT performanceDeliver monthly management reporting with variance analysis versus forecast, budget, and prior periodsPartner closely with the Director of FP&A on forecasting, profitability analysis, and strategic initiativesLead weekly sales forecasting, quarterly outlooks, and the annual financial planning processCreate dashboards and drive reporting for other Financial units: Accounts Receivable, Invoicing and, where required, acquired entitiesDevelop and maintain advanced financial models to support scenario analysis and investment decisionsTranslate complex financial results into clear, decision-oriented insights for non-finance stakeholdersDesign and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or LookerDrive continuous improvement in forecasting, reporting, and performance management processesSkillsExperience in FP&A, financial analysis, or commercial finance with P&L partneringAdvanced Excel expertise (complex models, scenario analysis, large datasets) – Excel power users onlyStrong understanding of financial statements, forecasting and KPIsStrong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersBachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fieldHands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or LookerERP experience (SAP S/4HANA, HFM, or similar)Advanced degree a plusBenefitsCompetitive compensation and benefits package.Professional growth within a global, performance-driven organization.Company OverviewASSA ABLOY Global Solutions has been an industry pioneer and world leading brand for forty years, leading the security technology industry by re-imagining how people move through their world.
