This role supports a portfolio of solutions delivered through both SaaS and on-premises deployment models, enhancing business productivity, and user satisfaction.The ideal candidate will support application, manage service requests, and collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and internal IT teams to resolve incidents and implement enhancements. You will help maintain application stability, support upgrades and releases, document processes, and contribute to continuous improvements.This position is well suited for early-career professionals looking to build hands-on experience with enterprise systems, business workflows, and IT service management practices in a dynamic environment.MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACTProvide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for enterprise business applications (SaaS and on-prem)Assist with evaluating and resolving application requests, incidents, escalations, and user-reported issuesSupport integrations, data transfers, and business processingProvide support to Operation Leads for business applicationsIdentify and support continuous process improvement and AI adoptionSupport data analysis, engineering, and visualization support (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.)Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teamsMaintain documentation and knowledge base articlesAssist with testing, deployments, and release activitiesAssessing, clarifying, and documenting business requirements and processesDeliver excellent customer service to business usersWHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:Bring your technology expertise and drive for innovation to GDIT. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
