Pine Services Group is seeking a Junior Acumatica Developer to join their Support Services’ Software Consulting Group. This role focuses on delivering ERP software development and implementation assistance while supporting clients in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Provide software development services for new customization requests Review current Acumatica customizations, document functionality, and upgrade code when necessary Technical software implementation assistance for both internal resources and clients Post-live client support as requested Skills General understanding of business software applications and databases Experience in environments with complex business processes Experience with ERP software solutions Passionate about using technology to solve business problems Excellent communication skills Ability to travel up to 10% for onsite assignments C# SQL Server Strong analysis and organizational skills Understanding of general business processes and ERP systems Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills Ability to handle multiple client issues simultaneously and prioritize effectively Professionalism, attention to detail, and a positive, customer-focused attitude Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a strong team environment Ability to complete assignments in a timely manner Ability to develop, test, and support software customizations Resolve software issues and escalate to software publishers as needed Maintain superior customer satisfaction scores Plan, organize, and prioritize outstanding issues Benefits Annual Bonus Compensation: Discretionary and based on individual performance, productivity, and overall company performance Company Overview Pine Services Group supports top software partners and ISVs internationally by preserving the original brand.
