Job Description:
We are looking for an Employer Branding Specialist to support the development and execution of employer branding initiatives at Customertimes.
In this role, you will focus on the operational side of employer branding: producing content, supporting communication initiatives, and helping bring employer brand projects to life.
You will work closely with the Employer Brand Lead and contribute to projects such as podcasts, video content, internal campaigns, and engagement initiatives that strengthen company culture and employee experience. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys creating content, experimenting with AI tools, and organizing initiatives that help employees feel connected to the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Content production
Produce employer branding content including videos, podcasts, interviews, and short-form video. Edit video and audio materials for internal and external communication channels. Support the production of podcast episodes and other multimedia initiatives. Create visual and video content for social media and employer branding campaigns.
AI-powered content creation
Use AI tools to accelerate content production (video editing, subtitles, voice generation, image creation, etc.). Explore new AI tools that improve content production and communication workflows. Optimize content processes using AI-driven solutions.
Internal engagement initiatives
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives. Organize internal activities that strengthen company culture and employee involvement. Coordinate communication and content for engagement formats such as internal campaigns, contests, quizzes, or thematic events. Help prepare visual and multimedia materials for internal programs and initiatives. Collect feedback and insights from employees to improve future engagement activities.
Employer branding initiatives
Support the execution of employer branding campaigns and initiatives. Prepare content and materials for employer brand projects. Help maintain recurring formats such as podcasts, internal media formats, and storytelling initiatives.
Project support
Coordinate preparation of materials for employer branding initiatives. Maintain media assets and content libraries. Support the Employer Brand Lead with operational tasks related to campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in employer branding, communications, content production, or digital marketing. Experience with video and audio editing tools. Interest in AI tools for content creation and automation. Experience creating digital content for social media or employer branding initiatives. Ability to organize initiatives and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and storytelling skills. English level B2+

Nice to have:
Experience working in IT, tech, or fast-growing digital companies. Experience producing podcasts or video interviews. Experience organizing employee engagement initiatives or internal events.
