Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and occasional industrial settingsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagramsTroubleshoot electrical problems using appropriate testing devicesEnsure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulationsAbility to mentor an apprentice and work in pairs or groupsMaintain a clean and safe job siteCoordinate with team members, general contractors, and clients as neededComplete daily documentation and communicate progress to supervisors Qualifications: Valid State of Iowa Journeyman Electrician License (License A or B)3+ years of hands-on electrical experience preferredStrong working knowledge of NEC and local electrical codesOSHA 10-Hour Certification requiredAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentsValid driver’s license and clean driving recordStrong work ethic, dependability, and a commitment to safetyProficiency with Field Pulse or other ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems preferred Benefits: Simple IRA with up to 3% company matchCompany Vehicle ProvidedPartially Paid Health InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Tuition Assistance – Full 4-Year Program CoverageVery Little Travel – Over 90% Local WorkNo Swing Shifts – Consistent Daytime Hours
