The Scheduling Administrator is responsible for direct coordination and management of the daily schedules for Field Technicians providing fire protection services to a wide variety of customers.
In Short
 Coordinate and manage daily schedules for Field Technicians.
 Utilize Field Service Management software for scheduling.
 Field emergency service calls and reroute technicians.
 Ensure customer service standards are met.
 Maintain up-to-date information for technicians.
 Assist with administrative tasks and compliance reports.
 Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
 Flexible hybrid schedule after training.
 Pay ranges from $25-$28/hour.
 Work primarily in Spokane, WA.
Requirements
 High School Diploma or GED required.
 1-year administrative experience preferred.
 Scheduling and/or dispatching experience preferred.
 Knowledge of fire life safety industry preferred.
 Advanced computer skills required.
 Excellent customer service skills.
 Ability to perform other duties as assigned.
