Key Responsibilities
 Lead and facilitate engaging professional learning workshops and seminars for educators and school leaders, both in-person and online.
 Recruit and establish partnerships with schools and districts to implement our impactful programs, conducting introductory sessions that pave the way for curriculum integration.
 Maintain effective communication and documentation with educators and educational leaders to cultivate enduring relationships.
Required Skills
 Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
 Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 Proficiency in designing technology-enabled professional learning experiences, using platforms such as Zoom and Google tools.
 Familiarity with social-emotional learning, equity initiatives, and culturally responsive teaching practices.
Qualifications
 A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
 A minimum of 5 years of secondary classroom teaching experience (grades 7-12).
 At least 3 years of experience in leading professional development and/or coaching in educational settings.
 Cultural competence and lived experiences within marginalized communities are highly valued.
