 Maintain precise and comprehensive records of customer credit information.
 Address client inquiries and ensure prompt resolution of any issues.
 Utilize software tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook for data entry and client communication.
 Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required.
 Cultivate strong knowledge of 340B account management to meet client needs.
 Communicate effectively with clients and vendors, regardless of technical expertise.
 Stay informed about updates to the 340B program, including regulations and guidelines.
 Assist with inbound customer service calls as part of daily tasks.
 Collaborate closely with 340B Account Managers to ensure seamless client management.
Required Skills
 Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.
 Demonstrated experience in high-volume data entry, including numeric and computer-based tasks.
 Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on maintaining accuracy under pressure.
 Previous experience in handling inbound calls and resolving customer inquiries.
 Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
 Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
 Capacity to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
 Readiness to quickly learn new software and adapt to emerging systems.
Qualifications
 A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably within the healthcare or manufacturing industries.
 High school diploma or equivalent is required.
