 Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and chat for hardware, software, and network issues.
 Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
 Assist with system setup, configuration, and maintenance for end-users.
 Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various IT systems.
 Guide users through troubleshooting steps and escalate complex issues as necessary.
 Maintain detailed records of issues, solutions, and IT assets using ticketing systems.
 Provide training and support to users on new technologies and best practices.
 Collaborate with other IT teams to implement solutions and updates.
 Ensure security protocols are followed, including password policies and data protection.
Qualifications:
 Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist, Help Desk Technician, or similar role.
 Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
 Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and AWS.
 Experience with networking concepts (VPN, firewalls, routers, TCP/IP).
 Proficiency in remote desktop tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Remote Desktop).
 Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
 Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently in a remote environment.
 Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
 Experience with ITSM ticketing systems like Zendesk, ServiceNow, or Freshdesk.
 Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation tasks.
 Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and data protection measures.
 Ability to support mobile devices and applications (iOS, Android).
