Responsibilities
 Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries

 Provide excellent customer service through active listening

 Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively

 Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive

 Appropriately communicate with customers
,
 Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
,
 Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
,
 Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes
,
 Provide feedback on call issues
,
 Upsell if required
Requirements
 Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
,
 6 months Customer service experience preferred
,
 Over 18 years of age
,
 Ability to type 25 wpm
,
 High School Graduate or GED
,
 Comfort with desktop computer system
,
 Proven oral & written communication skills
,
 Ability to recognize referral needs for customer
,
 Ability to work in an environment free from paper and electronics (outside of Teleperformance provided equipment)
,
 Ability to have a dedicated workspace free of distractions
Nice-to-haves
 6 months Call Center experience

 Logical problem-solving skills

 Availability to work various shifts

 Ability to use Windows operating systems
