Responsibilities
ΓΒ Providing introductory information to prospective and new customers
ΓΒ Ensuring that consumers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries
ΓΒ Following up with clients or customers by phone or email to check that theyre still satisfied with their purchases
ΓΒ Letting patrons know about additional products or services that might benefit them
ΓΒ Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a clients or customers questions
ΓΒ Escalating queries and concerns, when necessary
ΓΒ Troubleshooting common issues with products or services
ΓΒ Working with a team ofCSRsand other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $24.00 - $35.00/hour.
