You will be providing them with speedy and efficient checkouts while maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. In your interactions with members, you must be polite and accommodating, looking to exceed the members' expectations by providing top-notch customer service. This includes providing insights on promotions, offers, and services available to members.
What You'll Do:
 Maintain Safety: Maintain the security of the premises by performing safety scans, observing policies for hazardous substances, and informing management of any unsafe situations.
 Provide Member Service: Acknowledge your clientele, assist them in selecting products, find items, facilitate resolutions, and promote your company's merchandise. Provide support for clients via digital technology, finalizing purchases, processing payments, and managing deals at cash registers or self-checkout areas.
 Comply with Policies: Respect corporate protocols, ethical standards, and regulations, taking effective measures and utilizing the Open Door Policy.
 Complete Work Assignments: Apply regulations, gathered information, and assets at disposal to determine priorities, collaborate with other team members, provide regular updates, and adjust to changing circumstances.
