As a Flight Attendant at Delta, you will be responsible for:
Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our customers
Assisting customers with lifting and stowing luggage, demonstrating safety and emergency equipment, and ensuring safety requirements are met
Preparing, serving, and selling beverages and meals, while handling customer inquiries and concerns
Administering emergency procedures, providing emergency care, and responding to customer needs in a timely and professional manner
Working collaboratively as part of a team to ensure the success of our flights, while maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers and colleagues
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Eligibility to work in the U.S. and a valid passport with a minimum of 30 months' validity
A high school diploma or GED, with the ability to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently
Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
Ability to sit in an assigned jump seat, open emergency exits, and lift up to 60 pounds
Completion of a pre-employment Department of Transportation (DOT) drug test and comprehensive background check
