We are seeking a passionate and experienced Stretch Practitioner to join our team at StretchLab in Glastonbury, CT. As a leader in one-on-one assisted stretching, we are revolutionizing the fitness industry and empowering clients to live their best lives. Our team of experts is dedicated to delivering world-class stretching sessions, and we are looking for a like-minded individual to join our crew.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one assisted stretches to clients and lead guided group stretching classes for up to 6 participants
Motivate and encourage clients throughout their stretch sessions
Build and retain StretchLab memberships
Ensure client safety by applying proper stretch techniques and enforcing our policies
Attend staff meetings and educational presentations
Address member concerns and assist with studio tours and sales
Maintain a strong social media presence and keep equipment clean and well-maintained
What We Offer:
Competitive hourly pay range: $23-$26
Commission based on sales
Opportunity for performance-based bonuses

Requirements:
Love of boutique fitness environment and passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility
Preferred background in massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, Pilates, yoga, or dance instruction
Experience working in a fitness/health environment with hands-on training
Fitness certification required
Excellent communication skills and empathy
Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to our attendance policies
