The App Store has revolutionized the way people connect with apps and games, serving over 650 million users weekly and facilitating over $1 trillion in developer billings and sales annually. As a Senior Editor, you'll helm App Store Special Projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class user experiences and drive engagement through innovative content, including text, art, and video.
Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead the ideation, pitching, planning, and execution of pivotal global initiatives, such as WWDC, App Store Awards, and new product launches
Collaborate with Design, Marketing, Video, and Production partners across multiple countries and timezones to deliver high-pressure projects with tight deadlines
Develop and lead editorial plans for large campaigns from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and extraordinary content that drives user engagement
Articulate, present, and collaborate on comprehensive content and programming plans with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
Requirements:
6+ years of experience building and leading editorial plans for large campaigns from ideation to launch
5+ years of experience managing all stages of a daily digital content production cycle
5+ years of related work experience in digital, UX, or creative production
High-level ability to articulate, present, and collaborate on comprehensive content and programming plans with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
Creative, collaborative, and resourceful, with a deep passion for the Apple brand, Apple products, and mobile technology
BA/BS or equivalent experience
