We're looking for charismatic and experienced instructors who can teach a variety of classes, from dance and yoga to cycling and sports-based workouts. If you have a passion for fitness, entertainment, and helping others achieve their goals, we want to hear from you! As a Group Fitness Instructor at Crunch Fitness, you'll be responsible for:
Instructing safe and effective exercise classes that cater to diverse fitness levels
Maintaining mandatory education certifications and staying up-to-date with industry trends
Embodying our 7 Core Values and No Judgments philosophy in every class and interaction
Providing exceptional customer service and facilitating member requests
Collaborating with our Group Fitness Managers to stay connected with class schedules and evolving skills and fitness goals
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience or equivalent teaching/performance experience in your area of expertise
CPR certification and relevant fitness or education certification (AFAA and/or ACE Certification strongly recommended)
Powerful customer service skills and excellent verbal communication (theatrical or on-camera performance experience a plus)
