As a Reservation Agent, you will be an integral part of our team, sharing your knowledge and skills to drive the growth of Costco Travel.
Job Duties and Essential Functions
Handle member calls in a friendly and efficient manner
Use airline and in-house computer systems to make member reservations
Confirm reservations accurately and communicate member needs to other support departments
Maintain regular and reliable workplace attendance at your assigned location
Requirements and Qualifications
Effective Communication Skills: Excellent listening and communication skills
Customer Service Experience: Proven customer service skills
Typing Speed: Minimum of 30 words per minute
Detail-Oriented Approach: Detail-oriented approach to work
Recommended Qualifications: Sales experience, travel industry experience, call center experience, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Internet Explorer skills
