**About the Role**
As a Melon Online Fulfillment Agent, you'll play a vital part in expanding Corporate Traveler's online service offerings. You'll work closely with our team to provide top-notch support to customers through chat, ensuring seamless experiences from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting customers through chat, becoming an expert on Melon, and triaging general questions and emergency assistance
Escalating complex needs to dedicated day teams and ensuring warm handovers
Providing technical and travel support to Melon customers, responding to initial chat conversations within strict SLA
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive success and contribute to the technological advancement of our SME business
**Requirements**
At least 3 months of experience with FCTG and Sabre
Proven track record of success and willingness to take on new challenges
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with high empathy and patience
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and adapt quickly to evolving needs
Geography and international destination knowledge is a plus
